"I just wanted to thank you for the training that you gave to Spot and her human, River. Since gaining Spot as her service dog River has been able to deal with situations she used to find overwhelming. Attached are two pictures. The first one was taken shortly after Spot started her training. River was walking Spot on an 80° day and needing to wear a hoodie and winter hat and walk with her eyes pinched shut because the sensory input of the weather was too much for her to deal with. A little over a year later is the second picture. River is able to walk comfortably and confidently with Spot alongside her, helping her regulate.
